The actor wants to “explore” new places and cultures in the coming months.

He told E! News: “Travelling is one of my greatest passions in life. I love exploring new places, immersing myself in their culture and learning about different ways of life.”

In July, Zac thanked the production team behind Down to Earth after winning the first Emmy of his career.

The ‘Greatest Showman’ actor took home the award for Outstanding Daily Program Host for his role in the Netflix documentary series, which has seen him travel to places like Puerto Rico, London, Iceland, Costa Rica and Peru.

Following his success, Zac – who rose to international fame as Troy Bolton on the ‘High School Musical’ series – wrote on Twitter: “Wow! I never expected it and am so grateful. A HUGE thank you to @DaytimeEmmys @netflix and our small but mighty crew, #downtoearth, for making this show what it is. And most importantly, thank you to everyone who watched and enjoyed D2E. This is for you. [heart emoji] (sic)”
