Pack wraps up weekend with second win

SPOKANE, Washington – Nevada ended its weekend in Spokane with a 4-3 comeback win over Idaho.

The Pack (5-1) scored four singles wins to overcome losing the colon earlier in doubles. John fight (No. 2), Bag Benn (Number 4), Loris Zisswiller (No. 5) and Delmas N’Tcha (No. 6) proved Nevada’s strength, claiming the four key wins, including three in places 4-6.

At those points, Benn was battling for a 3-set win, 6-3, 3-6, 6-1, against Idaho’s Mario Duron, while in 5th and 6th place were Zisswiller (6-3, 6-0) and N’ Tcha (6-4, 6-2) won in straight sets.

Batalla, ranked 2nd, also won in straight sets 6-3, 6-4 over Bruno Casino.

Nevada returns for a 10 a.m. game at UC Davis next Saturday, January 29.
