Eve has published two books, Be Good To Your Gut, released in 2017, and Happy Gut, Happy Mind, released in August 2020.

She is a registered member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and works as a gut health expert for KÄLLA Probiotics.

Eve also suggested an exercise to relieve gas.

She again recommended yoga for the gut health issue that was causing gas to build up in the gut, leading to pain.
