ABILENE, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) – Country music star Gabby Barrett is set to make the headlines 52nd Annual West Texas Rehabilitation Center Telethon & Auction together with Swon on January 22nd.
Barrett has risen to the top quickly in the country music world. She was named New Female Artist of the Year by the Academy of Country Music (ACM) and was the youngest artist to make a No. 1 debut on county radio in more than two decades.
“Getting her to join Abilene at this point in her career is very important to us,” said Steve Martin, CEO of West Texas Rehab. “She just loves child charities. It’s part of her heart and she wants to work with us. “
Sawyer Brown, Red Steagall, Brad Maule and Ariel Hutchins will also attend Telethon 2022.
the Rehabilitationszentrum West Texas (WTRC) is a non-profit outpatient organization that offers physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy for adult and pediatric patients. It serves more than 250 patients between its facilities in Abilene, San Angelo and Ozona.
“Our aim is to help neighbors and treat every patient regardless of their solvency,” says WTRC.
The Telethon and Auction is the largest fundraiser for WTRC. Hundreds of items will be auctioned, all of which will benefit the WTRC. Click here to see and bid auction items.

In Abilene, the telethon will be broadcast on KRBC and in San Angelo, it will be broadcast on KSAN from 7pm to midnight on January 22nd. It is also streamed on BigCountryHomepage.com and ConchoValleyHomepage.com.
A preview show will be broadcast on both KRBC and KSAN on Friday, January 21st at 6.30 p.m. In addition, a special show on Saturday from 5.30 p.m. will give a comprehensive insight into the auction items.
