West Virginia man pleads guilty to burglary and drug possession – archyde

A West Virginia man accused of breaking into a house on Cabin Hill Road several times this year recently pleaded guilty to two burglaries and as many drug charges under a negotiated settlement agreement.

Robert K. Warren, 48, of Ripley, W.Va., pleaded guilty to the Common Pleas Court of December 28th in two cases of burglary, second degree felony and two cases of aggravated possession of drugs, third degree felony Guernsey County.

The settlement agreement between Warren and the Guernsey County Attorney’s Office provides for a joint recommended prison term of 6 to 8 years, with final sentencing at the discretion of Judge Daniel G. Padden.

A judgment date and a hearing to determine reparation are pending at the joint court of appeal.
