It only took Matthew Stafford 182 NFL games to pass 50,000 yards.
The 33-year-old veteran caller led the Los Angeles Rams to a 20:10 win over the Seattle Seahawks on Tuesday night.
Cooper Kupp received two touchdown passes from Stafford in the second half.
Kupp also set a record Tuesday when he broke Isaac Bruce’s Rams receiving record in a single season.
The talented wideout secured nine receptions for 136 yards to help the Rams win their third straight game.
“He’s a great player and he’s had a fantastic season. He’s such a big part of what we do as a team, not just on the offensive. I’m just glad I got the chance to play with a guy like that, ”said Stafford. “I know a lot of the other guys on our team think the same way. We are just proud of him when we watch him do it. ” Matter.”
At the start of the competition, Stafford had 49,007 passing yards in the regular season and 908 passing yards in the postseason during his tenure with the Detroit Lions.
With the win, the Rams moved into first place in the NFC West with the Arizona Cardinals.
