An emotional video with Bulgarian involvement gained momentum on social networks over the weekend and we can bet it’s the cutest thing you’ll see on the internet today.
The Smile for Africa Foundation, founded by a Bulgarian, published a video on their Facebook page in which children in Uganda performed the 2013 song “Together” by Grafa, Lubo Kirov and Orlin Pavlov. What is impressive is that Africans can handle Bulgarian words with no particular difficulty in singing in unison.
The footage quickly reached the songwriters’ authors. “You have no idea how excited I was when I saw this!” Wrote Lubo Kirov and shared the video on his Facebook profile. “It’s hard to control my emotions and my desire to be useful. I have no idea how our song got there, but I would give something back to the Smile Foundation for Africa.
The comments below the foundation’s shared video were not long in coming and users expressed their admiration. “Great kids!” Wrote Militsa Gladnishka, and Maria Ilieva shared the publication with the words: “News that made my day! I am very happy that my dear friends and colleagues sound and are present on another continent! That’s great! I’m proud of you! Divide! “
There is something very emotional about seeing how music can connect people and overcome all kinds of barriers – because the language of dreams and hope is the same!
