Teddy Bridgewater towed in Denver – archyde

Broncos-Quarterback Teddy Bridgewater was eliminated in the game against the Bengals on Sunday.

Bridgewater climbed after a first down and jumped forward at the end of the run to collect more yards. He advanced face-to-face as he was hit from the side and lay down when medical personnel poured into the field.

He was loaded onto a stretcher and his face mask removed as players from both teams got on their knees in the field. Bridgewater was eventually carted off the field.

The Bengals were up 6-3 at halftime and extended their lead after their first possession in the third quarter. That ride was the first for both teams to reach the red zone, and it was Cincinnati’s longest game of the day, when Samaje Perine sweet 22 Meters.

UPDATE 6:14 PM ET: Bridgewater has a head injury and is being rushed to a local hospital. CBS’s Evan Washburn reports that he had movement in his extremities.
