We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Business Development Associate to join the Apple Arcade team.

Key qualifications

2+ years of experience in strategy, business development or partnerships for a leading games or entertainment brand

Experience with global business development and partnerships

Experience in a role with customer contact, support of customer relationships

Experience in creating and maintaining deal pipelines

Knowledge and passion for mobile games and a desire to help shape the future of mobile gaming

Proven ability to develop great presentations and present them to different audiences

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Self-motivated and motivated, with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to succeed under pressure and manage multiple high priority projects on tight deadlines

Curious by nature and ready to question processes and assumptions

Ability to inspire others and not commit to mediocrity

A high level of integrity, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a sense of humor are required

Obsessed with delivering the best gaming experience

Comfortable with different cultures and geographies. Experience abroad is an advantage.


Support business development efforts with developers, channel partners, and new initiatives.

– Contact with developers of arcade apps

– Maintaining the content pipeline with input from cross-functional stakeholders

– Coordination of reports and presentations to internal stakeholders

– Work in internal teams (product, marketing, content strategy, legal, analytics) to receive support for and help shape business initiatives

– Support of partnership and marketing programs

– Set up, manage and track startup components for partnerships

– Creation and support of ad hoc information requests or presentations

– Update and build new pipeline infrastructure and other BD tools as Arcade grows

Teaching experience

Bachelor’s degree desirable or comparable work experience
