COVID: Mexico reaches 295,154 deaths from coronavirus

This Saturday, the Ministry of Health reported 251 more deaths from COVID-19; With this figure, the country reaches a total of 295 thousand 154 deaths from the virus. In the same way, the department gives an account of 2,841 coronavirus infections in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of cases to 3,900,293.

Similarly, health authorities count 568 thousand 400 suspected cases and seven million 475 thousand 932 negative. On the other hand, there are registered 20 thousand 089 active cases with an incidence rate of 15.6 per 100 thousand inhabitants.

Regarding the rate of active cases per 100,000 inhabitants, by state in the first 10 places are Baja California, Sonora, Baja California Sur, Chihuahua, Coahuila, Mexico City, Aguascalientes, Guanajuato, Durango and San Luis Potosí.

The first 10 entities that accumulate the highest number of cases are Mexico City, State of Mexico, Nuevo León, Guanajuato, Jalisco, Tabasco, Puebla, Veracruz, Sonora and San Luis Potosí, which together make up more than two-thirds of all accumulated cases registered in the country.
