Jess Redden and her rugby star husband Rob Kearney shared a few photos from their wedding day.

name the photo; “Mr. and Mrs. Kearney,” Jess posted two snapshots of the couple’s big day yesterday.

The couple tied the knot at the Doonbeg Hotel, Co. Clare, a place Jess wrote was “a very special place with fondest memories” for her and her family.

The bride showed off the lace detail on the back of her wedding dress and long veil and waved her bouquet over her new husband’s head.

The pharmacy student and fitness model posted a few snapshots in her Instagram stories and wrote that her father, who died in September, was “with her every step of the way”.

She also thanked her “stunning” mother for “always being there for her”.

The future pharmacist wrote that she’d better go to “celebrate Round 3” and promised her followers to post more photos later.

The couple had already been forced to postpone their wedding twice.

When Rob and Jess arrived at the venue on Thursday, they were enjoying a night of partying with loved ones before their big day.

The day before the wedding, the blonde beauty wore an all-white outfit, consisting of a breathtaking backless silk dress, paired with white heels, a headband and a matching clutch from Rosie & Dott.
Fiance Rob posed by her side in a black shirt and white pants.

The wedding was originally scheduled for June 2021 but was postponed to November 2020 after Jess’ father Brian Redden was diagnosed with prostate cancer.

Unfortunately, the 70-year-old died in September 2020 and did not see his daughter at the altar.

The couple put wedding plans aside while moving to Australia for six months while Rob played for Western Force, a rugby team based in Perth.

Last week, Jess took to Instagram to pay tribute to her late father and share her experience to help others who are grieving.

“Even though it’s the most exciting and happiest day of your life, I can’t help but stop the waves of panic and sadness that are coming.

“I just wanted to share this personal experience with other brides in a similar position – it’s normal, so don’t abuse yourself – be gentle and kind to yourself no matter how you feel.”

“You will have your husband or wife to lean on and help you,” she added.

Jess plans to pay tribute to her father on her wedding day by including both her bridal bouquet and wedding dress.

She shared a picture of a silver locket that she wants to place among her flowers.

“[I] I ordered a locket this morning from @weddingbellsireland as my florist suggested it and I thought it would be a nice idea to have dad and me on the bouquet so he can still lead me to the altar. ”

Jess also shared a section of a blue inscription her mother had sewn on the inside of her dress that read, “My dear father, forever in my heart.”

“My great mother had that engraved on my dress – my something blue,” she wrote.

Rob and Jess got engaged on New Year’s Eve 2019 while on vacation in New York.

The romantic marriage proposal put the 35-year-old on his knees in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Times Square.

He asked the question with an oval sapphire silver ring adorned with diamonds.

The lovers have been together since 2013, ever since Jess was a 21-year-old pharmacy student at the Royal College of Surgeons Ireland.
