Nov. 28 (Reuters) – OPEC is postponing two technical meetings until later this week to give committees more time to assess the impact of the new variant of Omicron coronavirus, Bloomberg News reported on Sunday with reference to delegates from some member countries.

The Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) is postponing its joint technical committee meeting to Wednesday, Bloomberg reported. The joint ministerial oversight committee, made up of representatives from the broader oil-producing OPEC + group, will meet on Thursday, he added.
