Britain on Wednesday urged its nationals to leave Ethiopia immediately because of the worsening conflict in the East African country.
“In the coming days, the fighting could move closer to Addis Ababa, which could severely limit the options for British nationals to leave Ethiopia,” said UK Africa Minister Vicky Ford.
“Those who choose not to go now should prepare in a safe place in the coming weeks. We cannot guarantee that there will be options to leave Ethiopia in the future. ”
