There are many versions to prepare guacamole, since there are those who process it, beat it until it is like cream, put vegetables, there are those who only use avocado, The truth is that it is a traditional and classic recipe, which today is in recipes with avocado in a practical and delicious preparation.

Avocado is an excellent food that contains vitamin A, C, E, B1, calcium, iron, magnesium among other minerals, helps eliminate fat that accumulates in the arteries, has positive effects on people with asthma or rheumatoid arthritis, and it can even kill germs and parasites.

So today prepare a guacamole, which will undoubtedly be “to lick your fingers.”

1 avocado in cubes

1 tomato chopped

1/4 chopped onion

1 serrano pepper, chopped without seeds

Juice of half a lemon

-Wash and dry all the ingredients.

-Cut the onion, tomato and serrano pepper into small squares.

-Wash and cut the avocado into cubes.

-In a bowl or refractory of your preference mix the tomato, onion and chili, add little salt.

-To this mixture add the avocado cubes and incorporate everything very well.

-Season with salt to taste until it is just right.

-To prevent the avocado from oxidizing, squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the mixture and re-integrate everything very well.

-Serve with your favorite dish.
