The hugely popular US streaming service Peacock has finally landed in London.

On Monday it was announced that the service has found its home exclusively on Sky and NOW.

Peacock is offering NBCUniversal content to subscribers and is available immediately to customers of these platforms.

The service had previously only been available in the United States, where it was immensely popular, and cost from $ 4.99 a month or $ 50 a year to its 54 million plus subscribers.

Commenting on the launch of the service to the UK coast, Zai Bennett, Sky’s Managing Director of Content, said: “The introduction of Peacock content to Sky and NOW will add to the incredible offerings for all of our customers and give them access to even more of the best entertainment from our partners at NBCUniversal. “

NBSUniversal CEO Lee Raferty added: “After a successful gradual launch in the US, we are excited to celebrate the international debut of Peacock content in the UK and Ireland on Sky.

“Peacock offers Sky customers an expanded catalog of world-class content, including many of our most popular films and shows from Peacock and NBCUniversal.”

How to contact Peacock in London

To access Peacock in the UK you must be a Sky or NOW customer.

To subscribe to the service via NOW, you need an entertainment pass.

The pass costs £ 9.99 per month and first-time subscribers can enjoy a seven-day free trial.
