Kerry Katona would “love to go back to rehab” to help her become a better person – archyde

Kerry Katona has been open about her struggles with addiction and has confessed that she “would like” to return to rehab.

In her column for OK!, the 41-year-old spoke about the personal life of former Love Island star Jack Fincham after he became concerned when he was filmed with friends inhaling “Hippy Crack” one noisy night.

In a clip posted online, Jack is seen sucking a black balloon filled with nitrous oxide just weeks after confessing that he had struggled with addiction in the past.

Kerry turned to Jack through her column, warning the reality star that “recovery is for the rest of your life”.

She said she took people out of her life when she went to rehab and “moved 400 miles” because she felt she had to go to those extremes to “get better”.

“You don’t just go into rehab for a month and go straight back to your old life – you really have to reassess things,” she wrote, adding that while getting help from a professional treatment center is great, it is great recovery from addiction is for life.

“I would love to go to rehab again as it was all about reconnecting with my values ​​that I learn every day,” added Kerry.

She said the rehab stay made her “keep trying to get better,” and even read books and “connect with new people.”

Mum of five, Kerry, shared her concern for Jack, 30, saying he “shouldn’t put himself into scenarios and situations that tempt him if he’s still struggling”.
